Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast nice little food court just outside the hotel. Welcome drinks vouchers on arrival plus happy hours across two swimming pools. Free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the main town shopping centre and Patong beech (need to book the day before). Rooms cleaned daily without necessarily being required to do so.
The property is huge, but it’s not very close to Patong. However, they do have a shuttle service every hour from the hotel. We took the pool villa and it was really spacious, clean and well designed and maintained. The hotel staff are helpful and sweet. They had a cake for me in the room as I was celebrating my birthday.

We had a beautiful 2 bedroom flat with good air conditioning, washing machine and nice view over the lagoon. Everything is modern, we had a choice of 2 swimming pools near us. Shuttle bus and water ferry are a great addition.
A little quiet place, away from the most noisy part of the main street. Distance to beach, but shuttel bus every hour.
The room I ended up in was nice - a wooden chalet in an underground car park ! 10 min walk to the domestic terminal.
Despite a rating of 3 stars, this hotel is much more in many ways. It's location may be on the verge of Pa Tong Beach but it's still quite accessible without the hum and drum you get in the middle of the town. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel itself is quite contained given the price. The pools allow for a swim or just a dip depending on your needs and, the decor, albeit not beach huts or the likes but do definitely ring a tone of tropical to them.
beach front , very laid back , I stayed in the bamboo beach hut , which was more like a straw hut , fine for one night , I would stay here again but get a room ! it was a bit like camping in the hut ,
lovely hotel and resort. rooms are small chalet like buildings so you get the privacy. on the doorstep of the beach, good swimming pool. taxi service and shuttle good at the hotel. fairly close to the airport - around 45 mins in a taxi or grab. everything you need is at the resort. they had an animal exhibition 10am to 11am with baby pigs, a tortoise and some birds. the photos on the website don’t do the hotel justice as it is beautiful inside and out
