Upon arrival, we found messy apartments with broken furniture, shower cabin, fallen blinds. Mold in the bathroom. On the balcony, the ashtray was full of smoke, soft furniture pillows were strewn about. The trash was not taken out. The hob is broken. We were not really informed about this condition of the apartments.
A very comfortable, stylishly designed and well equipped apartment with picture-postcard views of the old town. Excellent location, with a pedestrian swing-bridge to the old town directly in front (although you need to keep an eye on the clock, as the bridge prioritises boat traffic for half an hour every hour during the day). The outdoor terrace is a lovely place to sit in the evening sun, with ingenious folding shutters if it is too sunny! Located on a corner of the building, the whole apartment is light and airy.
Location and Chalet were good, also staff was very helpful
The location was incredible. The key safe was very handy for a group of us. The rooms were large and spacious. The three bathrooms worked well for us and everything was very clean. It was amazing to be 2 floors up but to come out into a beautiful house with lovely little garden. It was fairly quiet with the windows shut. I slept well.

Very clean and welcoming. Staff was awesome! Very helpful. Room is nicely decorated and lots of storage. Very clean and the towels were great. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the airport! Breakfast was lovely with a variety of choices including fresh fruits, sausages, beans, crepes, different breads, jams, meats, and some kind of hot cereal. Oh, and waffles! Shuttle to the airport for our morning flight was easily arranged and so convenient.

The location was perfect, on a beautiful and central street. Yet its downside was that the street was a little noisy at night. Shutting the window solved the problem. Also - airplugs were supplied, We didn't use them.
