She also coordinated our motorbike 500php per day and tuktuk (50php) to the beach tho it's a 10-minute walk to the beach. However, it's quite uphill to go out of the area.

If you go to Banaue, don't go to any other place, and if you plan to do the trip on your own, consult them first, as they will give you valuable advise that you can trust - I cannot stress enough how kind and helpful the owners are.
