The hotel is situated on the high hill, so it has a panoramic view of the sea and mountains. Also, it has a free shuttle to the beach for the guests. The staff is very obliging and helpful with any questions. We liked the restaurant menu, so many georgian delicious dishes. We liked the live music and typical georgian dance there as well.
The room was very good but bedroom was little congested. Good thing I really like it washing machine and the bathroom was very water leak proof. Most hotels fails to built shower tray which stops water from going outside. Good extra cabinets and furniture. Pillow were bad and uncomfortable

A very picturesque place. New and comfortable houses (chalets). Each house has a gazebo and a place for BBQ. Good free WIFI. Very friendly and helpful staff. Diana (director) is constantly in touch. I highly recommend it to everyone!
Very nice and cozy hostel to spend your time in Batumi. The room was very comfortable and the common area too. It is a very quiet place where you can comfortably rest. It was exceptionally clean - I have never seen something like this before! Definitely one of the best hostels I have ever stayed. Lika and Dorine were very nice and helpful during all the stay. Thank you Lika for arranging my marshutka to Martvili!
Hotel Otsneba is located away from the main (busy) road, making he location more quiet. The room is spacious, the bathroom convenient with a shower-cabin. Daily cleaning of the room is provided.
The apartament is super clean and modern. Everything is new. There were a few minuses, but the owner is helpful and reacts fast, as he works in the building. The bathroom has a shower cabin, which is rare in Georgia ,usually you end up making the whole bathroom floor wet. Great view from the balcony!
