Chalet Heron was perfect for our stay! There were six of us and we stayed in apartment 2, there was plenty of space for us. The chalet is beautifully decorated and is traditional, yet modern. We loved the balcony through the secret door, which had amazing views of the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped, we cooked several meals during our stay and had everything we needed. There was a TV with netflix etc. for cosy evenings in, plenty of parking.
Overall we would definitely stay here again, if visiting Chamonix and would certainly recommend. Susan was also very helpful with any questions I had regarding the chalet, the area and getting around.

1. The location- peaceful, beautiful, restaurant right beside it, easy access to hike trails, 30 mins walk to city centre, great view . 2. It was so CLEAN! and they cleaned everyday after we left for the day. 3. The home like cozy mountain cabin feel. Didnt want to leave honestly.
Good location 5 mins from Chamonix centre. Room small but adequate. Nice attentive staff who we only saw at breakfast, which was fine. As one would expect from a ski chalet format..
The Chalet is very spacious (we were a group of 4). The bedrooms and the showers were nice and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped and the sitting room is nice and cosy with a fireplace. There is a jacuzzi and it is located next to the slopes if there is snow and you ski. The hostess was very kind.
Fantastic chalet, great views. We used the pool table and the hot tub a lot. Parking for 4 cars, convenient ski and boot storage with heater/dryer. We used the car (5min) to get to the telecabine.
Fantastic location right next to one of the argentiere bus stops, meaning all ski areas in the chamonix valley were very accessible. Walking distance to Grand Montet gondola (one of a better ski areas in my opinion). The chalet is great and fits 8 comfortably as advertised. 4 bedrooms with a large communal area including fireplace and good kitchen facilities.

Great location, super close to Chamonix and also 40min drive from Geneva. The view from the chalet is great. The bathroom is modern and clean, living room is also nice. It is great that there is a small fireplace. Perfect place to relax ;)
Good location we were provided with a train/bus pass for free to take us into town. Room a basic ski chalet room. Smelt like the previous occupier had smoked in our room even though it was a non smoking. The main waiter was rude during dinner. Clean and tidy and the rest of the staff were lovely.
We were met on arrival and given an orientation by the lovely host. The chalet was in very good, clean condition and located close to the free bus stop to ski lifts and local area. It's a bit too far away to carry gear to the lifts, so shuttle was used daily. The hosts were really accommodating for leaving luggage - and as there was no one else following our booking the same day, we were offered later check out which was absolutely brilliant. It's a great property with fantastic hosts.
