The rooms are lovely, the staff are very friendly and attentive. The location was good but is uphill from the station so take a bus or organise a shuttle with the hotel. A great breakfast choice.

Did a late change to a room with a view of Lake and Mountain and glad we did. The best view ever as a sunny day and with seating area to enjoy it. Room was large and the beds very comfortable. Charming hotel a step back in time with wonderful staircase and timber work. It is a steep climb to the hotel we had carry on only so not an issue to walk up from train station as we are fit enough but if you have suitcases you will need a taxi or arrange shuttle from hotel.
Superb location on the lake shore and just a few minutes walk from the railway station. A free shuttle to and from the station was also available. A very good breakfast and very helpful and welcoming staff.
Pretty centralise, provided free shuttle service to train station. Booked 2 rooms, 1 for 3 pax & another for 2. Size of room is decent for both.

May be a hostel type with shared bathroom but the experience was very good. The place has earth shades making you feel extremely comfortable. I just liked it a lot. It feels like a log cabin wooden roof etc feels excellent!

As a starting point for a four day winter hike in Engadin it is good. The hotel is one of the few open at this time of the year. It's small and charming and is being run by an Italian couple that previously ran a mountain cabin but were tired of the snow, the wolves and the loneliness in winter. The place has a comfortable atmosphere and you are being warmly welcomed. Italian style. So positive. The menu is not big but cooked with passion and the taste flambé was good. Breakfast next morning went down well and so I was ready for the walk.
