Spa, Sauna, and breakfast were great. Also, the ski shuttle service and ski and storage room were very useful. The staff are very friendly.
The breakfast was good. As I was leaving before the breakfast, the staff prepared a lunch box and I was able to have my breakfast in train. Super friendly staff. There is a special cabinet in the lobby where to keep skiing equipment.

The breakfast was excellent, personal attention from the chef. The location is far from the city center and requires the hotel's shuttle which is not always available and not everywhere.
Food was exellent at the hotel. The hotel is located about 1.5 km from the city centre, but there is regular shuttle service. They also pick you up in a few minutes if you just give them a call, so distance is not an issue at all.
Staff everywhere was very friendly and professional. Room was big and clean. Shuttle service to ski lifts is very convenient
