A beautiful cabin by the sea. Well stocked pantry and cooking facilities (BBQ in the backyard). There are plenty of books to read by the fireplace, or have a go in drawing some cute birds in the drawing room.

Rachel is a great host and easy to communicate with. Thanks for providing us lots of great local produce (sourdough bread, eggs, fruits and honey).

The house is beautiful and very clean with the most amazing view. It has everything you might need including wood in order to light a fire. The host was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. The kitchen had everything we could imagine needing. Overall we had an amazing stay.

I love Shepherds Hut SO SO SO much. It was a fantastic, wonderful stay. It is small but has enough room for a couple.

Located in Alonnah on the west side of Bruny Island, we stayed in the cabins towards the rear of the property. Super cute, well appointed. As they are elevated we had a great view of the D'Entrecasteaux Channel, then it was an easy 2' walk back to the hotel where the restaurant was. It was an easy drive to the west side and the popular sites.
It’s easier to state what we didn’t like about the cabin, everything within the cabin is extremely well considered, the owner eye for detail in catering for what guests may need to make their stay comfortable is 5 star. The location is amazing & rustic allowing easier access to the beach. The cabin is a self check in property and we were given detailed instructions prior to our arrival.
Glorious secluded private wild beach frontage. Very comfortable cabin, very well equipped.
Location is top! Right across the road is a beach. A short walk to a local grocery store (btw not many shops around Bruny) and bottle shop. The cabin was clean, kitchen equipped. Definitely recommend.
A wonderfully appointed little studio cabin. They had thought of everything and we had a lovely stay in this beautiful place.
Absolutely spectacular cabin in a lovely, quiet and secluded part of Adventure Bay. The wallabies were a real treat for our son to watch and the large bathtub was so relaxing after a day of exploring. Having a Pantry with basic spices etc was really handy for cooking and the bed was so luxurious. All in all, just wonderful and I hope to stay here again someday.
Very cute little wooden cabin! Had all the necessities and the kitchenette worked well. The toilet had a heater too which we were thankful for. Cabin was bigger than expected! There was a parking lot right beside each cabin. They have a communal kitchen and some play scooters for kids (do drive slowly!). Very comfortable, would book this again if I return to port arthur.
Love the cottage we should have stayed as it had an open space. However, there was only 1 small heater that does not seem to warm the place so we were offered to use another cabin which had a nice fireplace. We had an ocean view❤️
