Staying at the k&k meant that we had the option of experiencing homemade/locally produced Austrian breakfast each day and with the help of Helmut had access to an encyclopedia of knowledge and discounts on the activities in the surrounding mountain regions we wanted to explore. This was a massive help considering we were new to the area!

The Loser ski lifts are only a few steps away, and the cross-country ski runs are also in the immediate vicinity. The location is absolutely amazing. We wanted to take short hikes with our dog which was no problem here. Altausee is very close and is a marvelous lake to hike around and swim or paddle across. Would like to visit again maybe in the winter as well.
