The huts are really nice and cosy
beautiful clean apartment, wooden furniture, nature all around, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of space.
Host was so accommodating and congenial- we enjoyed our conversations and his research to answer our questions. He had a parting gesture that was an extra positive touch with a complimentary coffe/tea service. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. Fireplace in communal living room added a cosy ambiance on a damp day. So many likes about this stay- they thought of everything.
2km out of the town village, however, we liked that. Sure it's on a busy road but it quietened down for shut eye hours. The Bistro across the road to the left approx. 30 metres was okay. Secured WIFI, awesome bakery downstairs and go for a walk out onto the weir to watch the cruise boats be raised or lowered in the tidal locks. Stayed an extra night without any hassle.
Very friendly (family-like) hospitality. Excellent food for dinner, rich breakfast. Location is perfect if you want to visit the Melk Abbey. The shower cabin a bit too small but for one (a few) night it is acceptable.
It is a so cozy cottage. It was super that we have private sauna, we liked it very much. Everything was the same as we saw in the pictures. The fireplace in room was our favourite. Thank you for everything.
A very nice newly built wooden house with a terrace to the river. everything is Nearby and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very friendly.
We had a pleasant stay in the spacious 3 bedrooms apartment, the place is very clean and the location is great if you're planning to travel in Wachau Valley. There is a play room for kids and a crafts hut outside, my kids loved it. The kitchen is fully equipped and it was very easy to cook breakfasts and dinners in the apartment. The place is quiet and lovely and Lydia is very friendly. We defently recommend this place for families with young kids
Central location, in a small town everything is so close. The choice of food for breakfast was really rich. The room was larger than expected, with plenty of cabinets and shelves. The wellness facility also nice. Friendly, helpful staff.
