The place is perfectly equipped for self-sufficient holiday - beach chairs, cooler box etc. There is everything you need for cooking - all functioning, everything thought about. It feels like a lot of thought has gone into practicalities - it really is super user friendly and handy. I had planned to stay a week but changed my plans and stayed an extra week instead of looking for other places to just “change the scene” - there is a lot accessible in the driving distance, it’s a good base for visiting Playa Sucia (30 min) or even Crash Boat Beach (a little over an hour drive). The customer service is impeccable. Whenever I needed anything, I always got a reply in less than an hour, including on a Sunday. Top marks for this place!

Amazing experience, better than the yacht or sailboat experience, unique views, lots of space, super service, full mobility with the small zodiac, easy on-boarding experience, thanks Jimmy, you’re the best!

An oven, a microwave and stovetop are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Had the best time at Chez Swann, everything was perfect. Miss working from the deck with breathtaking view. Cedric was super helpful and shared local tips, we will be back!

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Well located eco-friendly lodges and studios, perfect location for hike in the Soufrière area. Studios are well equipped to cook and temperature was perfect to sleep without air conditioning. A bar is open several days a week and offers nice appetiser/ dinner plates with local rhum. We were welcomed by one of the owners who provided good advice for hike. The couple running the bar was charming which is definitely a plus. You have to know that there is no restaurant in Saint Claude but a small supermarket with everything you need to cook in your nature kitchen.

With mountain views, this accommodation features a patio. Peaceful location managed by excellent host. Fantastic balance between hilly area and ocean views. All required for perfect stay is there. Well arranged kitchen facilities. Extremely good bed. Hot water. In fact all details are there where are needed.

The hotel has a year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace, and guests can enjoy smoothies and meals at the restaurant. Free WiFi is offered and free private parking is available on site. I don't usually leave reviews but the staff and service here were just so wonderful. We were traveling with our one-year-old baby and everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to us. By the end of our stay every staff member knew our baby's name and would share big smiles and games with him - it was so nice. Even the cleaning and maintenance staff went out of there way to be friendly. Thank you in particular to Noel, Juan Carlos, Angelo, Angie, Marley, and Brandon at Parallel Surf - GEMS! We stayed in a beach bungalow and I would recommend it if you want to be closer to the beach and have a little more privacy.

It's far from town, but quite close to the road, if you want to catch guagua to somewhere. This place is simply excellent!
