What an comfy stay i had with my latest trip to the Cape. The room was spacious and exceeded my needs. Will be very comfortable for a couple as well. The restaurant on the farm was cozy and the food and wine was superb. Also had a breakfast the next morning with a nice cup of coffee overlooking the farm and glorious mountains.

Great space and well planned out. Massive Bathroom and Bedroom. More space than expected. I really enjoyed it. Light bathrooms allowing a mirror was was suitable to use to apply make up. Bed was extremely comfortable and the two couches or “mini lounge” was nice. Kitchenette had what was needed.

We really loved how welcoming Vanessa and her husband were. Both them and the staff made us feel very comfortable and at ease. The privacy of the cabin and how well prepared it was for our arrival was a definite thumbs up.

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. The staff are very loyal and friendly. The private transfer/shuttle to the airport was lovely and great, especially at a very early time in the morning. They were very kind as to liaise with the kitchen to prepare continental take away breakfasts for us to have on the road/flight. Amazing!
Everything! The have full dstv package, so i could watch the game hasstle free. The room was nice and tidy. Breakfast and laundry services was exceptional 👌 beds feels like it's draining every piece of tiredness out whet you hit on it. But most of all the view is mesmerizing and on top of that the owners and staff ar very friendly and would go the extra mile, an added bonus is their in-house shuttle services wich makes it very convenient and safe

What a beautiful property overlooking the whole of Somerset West, the views were just breathtaking. My room was lovely and cosy with an added bonus of a fireplace. The staff and host were so helpful and friendly, dinner was amazing set in a lovely cabin feel dinning area. I had a early check out and the staff/host were so accommodating with breakfast before I left. Just wished I had the time to go on some of the walks available on the beautiful secure estate.
The location, the wooden construction, the floor heating, the terrace, the wood-fired hot-tub, the darkness and silence in the night, the fireplace in the living room, the professional management.
Traveling with kids, it was great that our chalet was separate from the rest of the guests who looked like they were in their golden years. The place is peaceful, great for sitting under the trees and reading.
I liked that the lodge was for older people and I enjoyed the silence. Guests were friendly. Management was very professional well presented and friendly. It was lovely to be met at the airport with a shuttle after a long tedious flight. Room was very clean and shower pressure a dream! Breakfast was very well prepared and I loved the bird sounds in the morning. Will definately be back!
The location is spectacular, with incredible views all the way down to the sea and an amazing pool surrounded by lush vegetation. The cabin we stayed in was very well equipped, and all the staff from Jorg and Julie to P.J. and Simba went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy at all times. Strongly recommended - we'll be heading back for another visit soon!
