Impresssed by friendly and helpful staff. Staff, General manager and chef de partie go out of their way to greet guests. Accommodation and food is excellent. Game drives with knowledgeable guides. Staff try to accommodate the needs of guests. Bath robes, soaps and shampoo etc provided by a popular brand. Complimentary chocolates, drinks and hot chocolate on return from game drives freely available. Will definitely return again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lodge located in the private Black Rhino reserve. Service by the friendly lodge manager and staff is outstanding, and the lodge offers beautiful views and comfortable rooms (even equipped with a private outside shower, additonal to the one indoors). We took part in the morning and afternoon game drives for the lodge's guests, which exceeded our expectations with many great observations, including numerous lions, rhinos, and even cheetahs.
