The booking agent contacted my wife and her sister to find out if they arrived safely, then the owner came to meet my wife and sister in law to ask if everything meet their expectations, he then assisted them to offload the vehicle as they are both elderly. How awesome to meet such fine hosts, extremely helpful, they property exceeded our expectations in terms of safety, cleanliness, comfort with everything you may ever need. The airconditioners were a blessing, both in the lounge and bedrooms. The property is well maintained and we will go back any time.

The location was amazing. While a bit hard to get there and far from the downtown Nelspruit, the view, the peace in the hills, the silence compensated us for the bumpy road. Our 4, 3 and 2 year old daughters loved the pool area and the playground. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend it to everyone.

The comfortable beds and bathroom was just perfect.
Dinner was supposed to be included, yet added to the bill and not refunded. Charged twice for an airport shuttle, but once refunded. Dinner was steak, which was very tough.
Staff very friendly though
Try and provide shuttle services as you are in the CBD and try restricting your guests on their behavior as some guests were up and down in the early morning.
