Probably the best decision we made on our trip was to stay with the folks at Foxy Crocodile. Located near the Crocodile Bridge entrance of the Kruger National Park, it is inside the private Marloth Park. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The best part of the stay was definitely the friendliness of the staff. This place is well-equipped for load shedding as it runs on solar, and we were never bothered by the scheduled power outages. If you stay, do book the half board, where we had some delicious meals, including the best T-bone steak we've ever eaten. They organize safaris, which were really comfortable, and we were lucky as we had the whole vehicle to ourselves. Book it, and you won't regret it. We will return here when we come back to Kruger national park.

The food is AMAZING, the place is great, the dinner around the fire was great, breakfast in the bush, nice and comfy rooms! Everything was perfect. Everything is done with heart and you can feel it at every moment. Rita and her husband are absolutely lovely people.

There is so much that I can say about Needles Lodge. Firstly and most significant part of our stay were the host Denise & Gail. their hospitality is unmatched and their knowledge about the surroundings and wild life is tops. the staff is courteous and always smiling. The place was fantastic, the food was like fine dining experience and the rooms were reasonably good, the aircon & the fridge in the room helped during the humid conditions. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again at Needles Lodge. Thank you Denise & Gail for a wonderful Experience.
