We were treated like VIP's from the moment we arrived. Staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The entire two days that we spent at Tintswalo was exceptional: beautiful rooms, great views, food, service and just overall. I cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!

The rooms are both stylish and cozy with a nice personal touch. The living room is really an invitation to both a quiet evening at the fireplace or a chat with other guests or the very interesting and friendly hosts.

Alex was a great and welcoming host. He had lots of valuable tips on the trails in the area. I liked the comfortable bed and spacious room. Having breakfast next to the indoor fireplace with excellent food, was great. Next time I'm bringing my wife.
The property has really stunning views. The rooms are more like chalets as they are not in the house- which i was really happy about. The room we stayed in was the Family Deluxe room. It was comfortable with a king-sized bed and two single/3/4 beds in one room.It has a functional kitchenette but no oven.. The breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from.
The serene setting of this establishment is absolute heaven. It is quiet and tranquil. It is 100% family friendly and so many things for the kids to do.
Beds were unbelievably comfortable, and chalet was extremely clean.
The hospitality of Mark and his family was exceptional, and they never hesitated to go there extra mile for me and my family.
Secluded serene area that allows one to just rest and decompress. However if you get a bit of cabin fever, some shopping complexes, the beach, Chapman’s Peak Scenic drive, and some top class restaurants are about 800m away
With the arrival at the venue. It was more then expected. The scenery was captivating, the atmosphere was peaceful and the view was exceptional.
The room was warm and inviting. And the fireplace just topped it all.
I couldn't have ask for a better stay. I would most definitely go back.
The Jacuzzi for us was in particular the best part of the Stay as this was the attraction and the motivation for the holiday..
Over all we had an amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone.
The location was great. It had a great view of the harbour and it was only 15 minutes walk to the beach. We were attending a wedding at Suikerbossie venue and it was 6 minutes from the guest house. The facilities at the house were great with a fireplace in the common lounge area. The hosts were very welcoming. The breakfast was good with a wide range between cold and warm breakfast.
Lovely setting surrounded by the hills of Hout Bay. We had a great stay in the cabin and enjoyed socialising with the wonderful hosts, Damien and Rob. They were soo attentive and even brought some herbal tea and homemade biscuits when one of our party wasn't feeling well, a lovely touch.
Waterland Lodge exudes serenity and tranquility. Comfortable bed and luxurious linen, fully equipped kitchen. We had absolute privacy in our chalet even though it is attached to another, we did not hear a peep from next door.
The chalet looked new and was comfortable.
The property is very pleasant, relaxing and full of trees.
Going to bed with the sound of rustling trees made for very good nights.
For people who are afraid of dogs, there are a few in the property, although they are peaceful and quiet and seem not to care about the guests.
