Good location close to universal, you can take a bus to go to a grocery store a few stops away, if you walk like 10min you can take the universal shuttle from the resort across the street (one every 10-15 minutes), nice room

We loved the facilities; the large pool, basic gym, bar and Cafe. The shuttle services available where very helpful to get to the major theme parks. Location was fantastic! Walking distance to shops, activities and many great restaurants! Also all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the staff.

I was happy the restaurant was close to the hotel and the travel desk was in the hotel and provided shuttle to the Universal Studio.
