    The property is clean, and has everything you need! Owners are super friendly and helpful. I would stay again and would definitely recommend booking. Easy free Florida shuttle bus stop right outside to get anywhere you need (north/south beach), ocean drive and shopping mall. Great valet service. Quick and easy check in and friendly reception staff who were also very helpful giving us info on things to do, places to go etc.

    Staff were lovely. Receptionist came to room to fix my TV. Turned out it was an operator error-but she didn't make me feel stupid about it! Location was great for beach, eateries, free shuttle and city busses.

    Perfect location for Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive and Beach! Airport shuttle (Bus 150) bus stop very close. The room was clean and very spacious (luxury king room) and the decor nice and colorful, creating instantly that Miami Beach holiday vibe! The road in front of the building isn't busy, there was no traffic noise. Friendly staff!

    I was travelling for work but arrived 1 day earlier. The hotel is very well located, close to bars/restaurants/Miami beach/Ocean drive. The staff is very friendly, helpful and available 24/7. The wifi was working very well, both in the lobby and in the room. The room has got huge lockers (cabin luggage fit) and space for extra luggage if needed. The bathroom and shower are of a very decent size. They have coffee and tea almost round the clock.

    The service was fantastic I took my toddler and they had swim floats and toys .it was amazing Love the breakfast and always water bottles during day and night . Beach shuttle was fantastic service Def would stay again

    The staff is very kind！ The vibe of the hotel is great, and the other guests are also very nice. Breakfast was good. The bar really saved my life after a long day can’t find any bar open after 12:00am (almost every bar was shut down after 12:00 due to spring break…)

    Metal doors to rooms slamming shut very noisy. Restaurant and Bar closed. Pool not heated and freezing. 35$ charge for mini bar items did NOT use the mini bar at all. Asked for refund never happened.

    The hotel is in a great location close to free south beach shuttles and the coffee and flavoured syrups in the reception are a lovely touch! The room and bathroom are also very spacious!
