This resort has wonderful swimming pools - one with a waterfall wall, one with palm trees above it and one infinity pool. Fitness and billiards areas are great as well. The hotel shuttle to Patong runs every 30 min. Staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and with big comfy beds. Bathroom is also big enough but lacks hangers, the shower is awesome. The view is very nice - the sea in front of the hotel.

Modern bright resort about 15 minutes by car/ transport from Patong bay so in a quieter area but with shuttle bus access. Staff were very helpful and professionally friendly. The resort boasts 2 highly rated (on Tripadvisor) restaurants. Rooms well appointed and in great repair. Good breakfast options at additional cost.

I loved the facilities it was neat and clean. I had breakfast twice and breakfast was 10/10 but food for room service not great... The service was fast and efficient for room service. I didnt like the checkout took longer than expected. Staff was incompetent. I was charged for tbings I already paid for. With check-in staff needs to add the document saying that there is a shuttle with your key.... It would help alot...

It was an amazing experience with sunset beach resort. They give us shuttle service to the main market and patong beach also the security were hi class, and by walking food street where we can find halal options to eat and obviously 7/11 mart for halal food.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with multiple pools and a rooftop bar with a fantastic view. It was a good location - a little bit of a drive out of the busy areas but had complimentary shuttles often. They were so kind to set up complimentary honeymoon amenities for us!

The property is beautiful! Such a nice design with the pool, the rooms are massive and the decor stunning. Staff were great, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast loads of choices. On a hill 15 min walk from town, we didn’t mind the hill for the exercise but they provide a free shuttle a few times a day. Great view of the beach from the hill.

Despite a rating of 3 stars, this hotel is much more in many ways. It's location may be on the verge of Pa Tong Beach but it's still quite accessible without the hum and drum you get in the middle of the town. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel itself is quite contained given the price. The pools allow for a swim or just a dip depending on your needs and, the decor, albeit not beach huts or the likes but do definitely ring a tone of tropical to them.
