Without doubt, Quality inn hotel is one of great and Favorite Hotel to stay in Kigali.Upon Arrival we were warmly welcomed by staff and General Manager.the Staff was extremely Friendly, The restaurant was very Flexible and Delicious Food( I appreciated this). The Room was very clean and Nice, but what I love the most about Room is a great Balcony with City views. This Hotel is a True Example of Excellent Hospitality.

Located within walking distance of the Kigali Conference Center. Wifi was good, large selection for lunch/dinner with simple fare but well prepared and tasty. Free shuttle service from and to the airport. I engaged with them by email beforehand, which worked very well. They have a little tourist shop which very clued up staff, where you can book tours or transport.

The breakfast was excellent and the service was very good. The rooms were very neat and amenities were fantastic. The products provided in the room were really great. I loved every bit of the accommodation. Another thing I liked about the Hotel is the complimentary pick and drop from and to the Airport at no cost. That was really fantastic compared to countries where I have been and the Hotel Shuttle charges an arm and a leg for Airport pick up and drop.

Location is in the Kiyovu neighbourhood, which is one of the nicer neighbourhoods in Kigali. The hotel is flexible with check-in time and offers early checking-in, in conjunction with a free airport shuttle. With breakfast included, it's a great base for a stay in Kigali. The bathroom included toiletries, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

when we booked online we paid for the shuttle, but that was NEVER provided. it is cheating of the customer . dont advertise services that you dont provide. the reception place is very poor

Great Hotel near the airport, lovely staff and tasty food. The shuttle service from the airport worked perfectly even though I arrived at 1am. The room was cozy and clean, including a balcony, mosquito net, little fridge, iron... They also offer a city tour which I recommend to get an idea of the city.
