The Room was very clean and Nice, but what I love the most about Room is a great Balcony with City views. This Hotel is a True Example of Excellent Hospitality.

    Location is in the Kiyovu neighbourhood, which is one of the nicer neighbourhoods in Kigali. The hotel is flexible with check-in time and offers early checking-in, in conjunction with a free airport shuttle. With breakfast included, it's a great base for a stay in Kigali. The bathroom included toiletries, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

    when we booked online we paid for the shuttle, but that was NEVER provided. it is cheating of the customer . dont advertise services that you dont provide. the reception place is very poor

    Great Hotel near the airport, lovely staff and tasty food. The shuttle service from the airport worked perfectly even though I arrived at 1am. The room was cozy and clean, including a balcony, mosquito net, little fridge, iron... They also offer a city tour which I recommend to get an idea of the city.

    The hotel was nice and clean and they had a nice pool. Staff were nice and friendly as well. The location is very close to the city centre and restaurants so commuting around waa easy and they offered free airport shuttle service which was very nice.

    Rose aparthotel far exceeded my expectations. I needed to book a hotel that had a freezer in the room to keep some research supplies cold and this was the best option I found that also has a great location. It is close to a lot of areas of interest in Kigali. The airport shuttle was also very convenient. Also, the included breakfast was very delicious.
