Based in an area teeming with history and natural beauty, Chatki Małgorzatki is an excellent choice. Run by a lovely, friendly, and attentive couple, the cabin is charming, clean, and fully equipped. 10 out of 10.
The location is absolutely exceptional, 12 out of 10. The chalet was excellent, clean, and with good facilities (tending the fireplace was particularly enjoyed by my 12 year old!) The owners are very communicative and helpful.
Plenty to do in the vicinity; we've climbed the Chryszczata summit, visited Duszatyńskie and Bobrowe lakes, and visited Łysy Wierch (hill 815 on a map), which is an important WW1 battlefield. The nearby, historic town of Baligród is well-worth a visit too.
