Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
Everything about the entire stay was excellent. The staff were courteous, amiable and professional at all times. There was a wide and varied choice breakfast buffet. Their hi tea was superb. Their complimentary shuttle service was very punctual. Clearly, this hotel has heritage which is evinced in the service they provide.
The hotel staff have a high level of service. The complimentary shuttle service to Lahore airport was first class. Overall the family and I were greatly satisfied with the service and hotel facilities, with a number of restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend.
The property is located on the main gulberg boulevard and is surrounded by great restaurants and other stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the beds are very comfortable and it is great value for money. I generally stay at the PC but this time I insisted staying here as PC has gone down the drain completely now particularly on the food front with Sakura and Covo shutdown and not many dining options left.
Great location, very close to the airport, easy booking system, very friendly and efficient staff, great organisation to ensure we received our free complimentary shuttle transfer to the airport on the flight date. Good dinner and breakfast ordering service. Clean towels and clean ensuite bathroom.
Nishat Hotel Johar Town
A beautiful hotel adjoining the Emporium Mall. Lovely customer service at the check in desk, cold arrival drinks and fruit platters in the rooms. A gated hotel surrounded by armed security makes all visitors feel safer. The location was great and not too far from the main attractions.
The free shuttle bus from the airport/hotel was a prominent factor into booking this hotel.
The selection of local breakfast was brilliant but it was the same everyday.
All in all we enjoyed our comfortable stay at this hotel.
The desi breakfast options are better than the non desi options. The staff is polite at reception and especially Maryam at guest relation, who is very polite and went out her way to make sure my stay was comfortable. The cleaners at 1st floor are also very nice and pleasant. The shuttle ride to the airport and the parking on site is fantastic. The location of the hotel is great and easy access to get around Lahore.
The room had mosquitoes under the tables. The most discomfort of the room was the sound like there is a discotheek underneath and its a friday night, so you can imagine the noise. Its constant day and night and extremely irritant. I had to use the airplugs to sleep at nights. Further the bathroom had broken tiles and some repair was visible. Shower had a low presure of water. They published the free airport shuttle at booking.com but asked to pay for it. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful during breakfast and dinner.
