For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
You get your own cabin with bed, fan, bathroom and sitting area. Would recommend! The staff is very friendly and helpful! At the time we were there the island had lack of water but we got a bucket of water for showering. We had no problem with it. The breakfast was delicious and really cheap!
Really highly recommend this place. Rustic basic huts, makes it feels like you're in the middle of the jungle. The breakfasts were really delicious, the vibes were super friendly and chill. They have mopeds to hire, and its a great location (can walk to the beach and restaurants also). The owners were so nice, even came to rescue us when our moped wouldn't start. Really really loved our stay here.
Beautiful location on the beach. Amazing place to watch the sunset. We stayed in an aircon hut which was great - aircon worked really well and we had 4 double mattresses for 4 people. Each hut has a nice seating area outside. The showers and toilets were kept very clean.
I came for 3 days and stayed 8, it is a charming place and my stay was great. The staff is very very friendly and they help you a lot. The cabins are great, comfortable and very clean. It's all new. I will definitely return!
The location right by the sea is a total charm. Plus the sunset drops just in front of the huts.
The staff super attentive helping us with all our requests.
Fabulous rustic bamboo hut surrounded by beautiful lush garden: near main road, beach and restaurants, but tucked away enough to make it a bit more quiet. Friendly staff. Hot & cold drinking water available. They were happy to book me an island tour with a tricycle driver. Bed was comfortable and hot shower wii oh doing well. Terrace big enough for some yoga practice. I liked it a lot and would stay again! Yes, it’s a little noisy with roosters, geckos and church bells - but this is travel, embrace it! 😉
Perfect place at the seaside, practical small huts with all you need, very quiet. Relaxing place, they rent out scooters at a very good price, and you need one to go to a restaurant. Beautiful and peaceful location, but you need wheels. Loved it.
We really enjoyed our stay in one of the huts. Unfortunately there are other animals who enjoy the huts and scratch on the walls or walk overhead during the night. They kept us awake.
Loved the bamboo huts, the garden and beautiful hospitality of Melanie and her family. The breakfasts were the best we’d had in the Philippines. The location was great too, close to restaurants, little shops, massages, bars, beach and natural swimming pool. We are a family of 5 and booked 3 of the 4 bungalows. They also arrange motor bike hire, tours and hire out snorkels and masks. It was perfect, would absolutely stay here again!
Rustic beach huts right on the beach although the beach wasn't sandy.
Having cooking facilities was great
