So nice chalet. The owner is super professional, hospitality lady. If you need something - she will always assist you. The chalet is in the Village, around 30min by car to the Penang Hill, but beach and Penang National Park is only 10min on foot. The grocery and cafe is around 10-15min on foot.

I went there with my sister and we really enjoyed the expérience! The staff was adorable, dinner really good same for breakfast. The location is stunning, we loved the swimming pool. It’s like being in a cabane in the jungle so you dont have to be affraid about insects or small animals

Excellent location and beside the beach. Well maintained and friendly staff.
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
Heritage building, well renovated and maintained. Self service area was lovely. Young gardener/maintenance man was lovely, he had a great care factor. The other gentleman gave us great tips on the free shuttle and buses.
Location excellent. There is good parking. We did not use the pool or eat breakfast. Rooms were super-clean. Bedding and towels very good. I had a cabin room which was modest. But had a window with sea and Shell (!) view.
The location was very convenient and within walking distance to most food places. The whole unit was very clean. Although there was no concierge, the staff made arrangements to meet us directly outside our room for check-in, so that we will not need to walk over to Hutton Central for the check-in process.

Room was great and well located on Muntri Street. Huge minus is the guesthouse appeared to be closed...as in shut for business. I was luck a passing expat couple called the number to get someone to open the main door. The main reception area is poorly attended and an unsuspecting person may end up waiting hours to check in.
Location wise is good, near to mall , walking distance to Hutton lane roti bakar, makan pagi, roti prata transfer road, chowrasta market, penang bazzar.
Location is really convenient and accessible to most places in George Town and a few steps (from Hutton Suites) to the Toh Soon Cafe and other famous eateries. Though the accommodation is next to a busy road, it was quiet due to the installation of the sound proof windows. The staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. I had a broken spectacle and they send in a scotch tape immediately for a temporary fix. The room is spacious.
Breakfast is indeed exceptional~ a different selection for every day of our stay~
Loved the heritage building charm, especially the well preserved wooden shutter windows I opened everyday to look outside. Beds are so comfy I fell asleep quickly even tho the inn is at a slightly busy corner! Would definitely want to come back!
Everything. Location was brilliant and Jacky himself is a legend. He helped us out so much showing us where to go and what to do around Penang. The room was basic but very clean and also very big for the price paid. I’d recommend staying here to anyone. Only one slight thing is to bring earplugs for the night, prayers take place early hours of the mornings most days very close but and can be extremely loud. As there’s only wooden shutters not windows you’ll need them.
