    The bell boy was amazingly helpful. The majority of the other staff seemed disinterested in the clientelle. Were told we could get an upgrade when booking, but was shut down when asking for one.

    Loved the view from my room. The bar and restaurants were average, the lobby was superb, the staff were brilliant and very helpful. Didn't try the outside pool or the food apart from breakfast which was average too. Shuttle service was good.

    The apartment is a great space and even though it's in a central location you can block the noise with doors, windows and shutters. The location is fab to be able to get around - lots going on, busy bustle of a city. The host was a great, really helpful and would recommend. The apartment itself is spacious with beautiful high ceilings and the beds were really comfy.

    The Riad staff were very helpful and attentive in all aspects of our time there. The breakfast service was delicious and the terrace views were spectacular. The room was clean and we were impressed how quiet it was in the evening. The location was perfect - just inside the Medina walls so it wasn't too hard to find upon arrival and navigate from. The shuttle driver that the Riad arranged was very helpful in leading me right to the door.

    Friendly and very helpful staff. Housekeeping were very attentive providing exceptional service. Complimentary shuttle to town and back. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. Great breakfast with plenty of variety.

    We are a Canadian family, two adults and two teenagers. Lovely boutique hotel, many extra touches in the decor. Sofa beds were VERY comfortable, exceeded our expectations. Bathroom was large and clean. Windows have automatic shutters which keep rooms dark and quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was delicious, had a good variety and generous portions. Staff were friendly.

    We were met with friendly and very helpful staff. They upgraded us for free and the room was amazing. The view from the balconies was magnificent. Rooms were clean and very comfy bed. They organised us a free shuttle to the train station. The breakfast is fantastic. So overall I will recommend people to stay here.

    I would highly recommend this hotel. The cleaning staff changed our bed sheets and cleaned our room everyday to an exceptional standard. The location is perfect near supermarkets, KFC, Pizzahut, Mcdonalds and a number of beutiful cafes. Parking staff/security and all team very friendly, approachable and friendly. Only around 10 mins drive to Medina. Highly recommend.
