I highly recommend this riad. Ideally located in the heart of the Medina, it offers complete immersion and easy access to all attractions. Clean, comfortable and with a balcony offering great views, especially at dawn. Its main asset lies in its team: welcoming, attentive and interested in making your stay enjoyable. Their advice on finding the right titles is excellent. And let's not forget the delicious breakfasts prepared by Maryam. I also recommend the WiFi, excellent lunches, airport shuttle and guide assistance.
We had 2 nice and spacious rooms. One of them was with the balcony. Beautiful decoration and superb moccan breakfast. Big thumbs up to Kamal and Mustapha for their great hospitality and service. They really took good care of my family. They even arranged a shuttle to the station in the middle of the night.
It's a pretty cute and cozy Riad. Little interior from the Medina, hence quiet.
Mohammed who is the Riad owner is a lovely hospitable person. He picked me up from airport shuttle which he arranged for me, took me all the way to the Riad too! He is also a tour guide hence he showed me all around Fes Medina in half a day. He also helped me get a cheaper price for the 3 days Sahara desert tour! It was a great stay at Fes!
1. Spacious room and the apartment is in general in good shape, compared to those in the city center.
2. Really helpful and reliable Host, she helped us arrange the shuttle transport from the apartment to airport and to the local restaurant. The driver is very reliable and the price is also reasonable. I can only highly recommend that.

2. Super helpful Host, very friendly and always ready to help. Ayoub helped us already in the beginning of the journey by arranging airport shuttle for pick-up. He also has good contact with the local agency, with reasonable prices, e.g. for day trip to Meknès, or to Chefchouren. Most importantly, he assisted us along the journey with any issue, which is incredible.
I can only sincerely recommend Ayoub as host in Fes.

All things have bene perfect! Amazing, caring staff, they help you with everything! It was possible immediately set up airport shuttle, and they call to friend who took us around Fez and showed most interesting sights of the city. Tasty breakfast on the breathtaking roof!

The Riad itself is amazing, cozy and very unique. Hamza was extremely helpful answering questions and also providing some tips for places to visit and also arranging the shuttle service to the airport. Marwan also helped me every morning with tips for the booked tours. I didn’t have the chance to talk to Mr. Abdeltif but seems that he is always taking care of every detail because all was good.
