Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

It's quiet at night being on the top floor, the air conditioning keeps the place cool, despite not being in the bedroom, there are shutter blinds so you won't be awoken by sunlight. check-in was easy, there's parking directly outside.

The decoration tasteful, local. The bathroom was very clean and practical. The owners were very helpful and welcoming!

Breakfast was great! Cappuccinos, warm hard-boiled eggs, fresh bread/toast, cheeses, local cold cuts, fresh fruit and juices, apple strudel, other pastries...and a lovely place to enjoy breakfast, as well. The VIEW from my room was breathtaking. Stunning mountains! My room was comfortable, clean and had everything I need. One interesting feature is an electronic blind that shuts out all the light from the window if you want.

Handy for an overnight stop off, very close to the main road but quiet as long as keep windows shut. All night food at the restaurant, its a bit like a travel lodge on the motorway in UK but better.

This place is close to perfection, and I've been traveling a lot. The room is extremely convenient, everything is new and/or well maintained. People put lots of thoughts in the decoration of the room and facilities. A great surprise. Location is phenomenal, 2 minutes walk from the old town, and 5 minutes walk from the train station. Shutters block all light, so the room keep extremely dark in the early morning hours.
