New and super clean. We paid extra for the private shuttle service and this was great, it saved a lot of time and we arrived at the accommodation just a few minutes after landing and getting our bags. :-)
Spacious room, comfortable bed, shutters to keep out the noise. Loads of food options nearby including the market. Interesting art work within. We stayed only for one night.
What a great place to stay. Great communication with the owner, smooth entry and charming little unit. Spacious and comfortable with a well set out kitchen area. Thank you for the great morning coffee supplied. Close to colourful and vibrant street life below it can be noisy but with the balcony doors shut it becomes rather muted. Excellent Place to stay
Natia,she is sweetheart! So welcoming host,offer shuttle and really such a nice person. Even manage to get for me gluten free breakfast. She made my stay more comfortable especially if I am female solo traveler. Room was big,clean,nice bathroom with everything (soap,shower gel,towels, toilet paper). Kitchen area was available any time, quiet place where to relax. Other 2 hosts was nice and polite as well but Natia...hope apartment owner treat you the best way.
We enjoyed our stay at Matteo's place. Easy to find and check in to. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we have everything we need. The location was perfect - only 15 minutes with shuttle bus from the airport, and walkable distance from city center and all the places of interest!

I loved how close it was to the city center and a walking distance from most of Must See Places on my list. View from the hostel and the roof bar was just amazing. People from the street below were looking up to admire the hostels ceilings paintings. Beds were very comfortable. Windows have really strong wooden shutters so night crowd noise and music from restaurants were not that loud. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were servig pasta for guests which was a really nice (and tasty) touch❤️ I had the best time:)
Great location in Piazza Bellini with lots of restaurants and bars. Big apartment. High ceilings. Wooden shutters. Washing machine and line. Close to supermarkets. Good communication with owner.
