Klara met us at the door. The place is lovely decorated, cozzy and clean. The kitchen is fully equiped. The view and the location: amazing.
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
The cabins are beautifully located in the middle of nowhere with a great glacier view, and, a bit further away: the Seljalandsfoss. Our cabin was clean and very comfortable. There was coffee and tea provided. Good internet.
Fantastic little heated hut with clean, well equipped communal facilities. Walking distance / short drive to an outdoor hot spring pool in the mountains.
The cottage has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen, nicely warm water, parking close to the cabin and even TV. And the views are incredible beautiful
There are so many facilities that we didn't even realise could make our lives easier (eg dryer cabinet, shoe dryer).
It was also a really cosy and homey place. Definitely would recommend for a nice value place.
The little cabin in the middle of nowhere, if you want to get away from it all, this is the place! Private hot tub, comfy beds and pillows, Mountain Views, easy base to explore south coast. We saw the northern lights from the hot tub deck
We had a great stay. The cabin is well equipped, especially the kitchen. The cabin itself is very spacious and has very high ceilings. Everything fits together nicely and looks great. Waking up and being able to see horses is truly special.
The only thing I sometimes missed was a bit more light when there was no sun coming through the windows. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.
Beautiful views. Ample room for 6 to enjoy socialising and to eat together. Great facilities to cook a meal. Comfortable beds. Washing machine if needed. Crocs left to use to avoid dirty walking boots in the cabin. Opportunity to watch the northern lights as no light pollution.
