For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
Wonderful host family clean and comfortable huts with full modern bathrooms and AC. Breakfasts, lunch, and dinners were all superb. Village safari by host was fun and interesting. Cooking class also enjoyed greatly.
We loved that we were made to feel very welcome and part of the family. Our mud hut was traditional, yet had all the comforts of any modern accomodation.
Chanod Haveli was truly a homestay. The family opened their home for us to have dinner, were happy discuss Indian culture and customs, and even showed us how the delicious tomato chutney we had on brekfast was made. We received so much kindness and honesty from them it made two travellers feel at home in India.
there was a great experience, my first hotel in vintage style, most of fthe pieces of furniture are made hundred years ago old - fashioned, wooden and still comfortable, very large apartments with the amazing view of old mountain fort, stuff is very friendly, good conyinental menu and nice swimming pool with nice pictures from maharajas life....I liked all
Gratefull for the amazing stay with Prajapat family's. They have created a peacefull oasis and love to transmit their culture. Inviting us to share their day to day symbiosis with their environment : nature, animals, food, craftman art. They allow me to contemplate, learn and love about their Indian way of life. Inspiring. The presence of grounding elements is magic : fire for cooking, earth on the wall of the huts. Thank you for this amazing food !
Most homely I've felt outside of home. Chhotaramji makes you feel like one of their own family. Everyone we met were polite, friendly and helpful. The huts and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Very authentic Rajasthani countryside experience.
I had a room with a beautiful wooden door and a room with stone walls which was extremely quiet in the hustle bustle of Jodhpur. The Haveli is very beautiful and has a very nice rooftop restaurant with a great view of mehranghar fort.
The courteous staff understanded my requirement, provided everything for memorable and comfortable stay.
Sun rise view from Hut , facilities available for self cooking, Meditation facility noise free environment for self healing, relaxation physically and mentally . It is suitable place to feel vibration of one room dedicated to Baba
