Canggu Beach is 1.6 km from the lodge, while Echo Beach is 1.8 km from the property. The nearest airport is Ngurah Rai International, 16 km from Umakayu Joglo Villa Canggu - Boutique Hotel, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.

This place is perfect in every way and if you have managed to stumble on their property amidst the sea of available accommodations in Bali, don't hesitate, book it! I don't know they managed to create such a tranquil oasis right on the main street of Canggu but I felt every stressor leave my body when I settled in here. There are so many little touches that make this place amazing, its like they anticipate your needs before you do - like how they turn down your room at night, prepare the bed, light some candles, get the temperature just right or the fresh coconut in the fridge, natural mosquito repellant, the adaptor for your room so you don't have to worry about your chargers matching or how each bungalow has its own private wifi. I felt capable of traversing the gruelling hot & chaotic Canggu streets, always knowing I had this place to return to. An evening or an early morning dip in the pool, the sounds of birds in the garden, the gentle stream and temple outside my window, the healthy eatery across the street that is open 24 hours a day, the absolutely lovely and gracious staff. You will feel very well taken care of here.

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

This wonderful gem is the perfect place to hide from the busy neighbourhood. There is no need to go out this resort. The food is really good and the staff is so nice and welcoming. We spent the day in the lounges at the pool, what a view. The afternoontea is s real treat. And the shuttle is very practical. Thank you very much for making it such a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back

The staff was working hard to keep the pool and the garden area clean and nice. The pool was amazing, with a good temperature all the time. The room was authentic wooden cabinet with the bathroom open air. However, the constructions around Seminyak and Canggu are very common and they reduce the value of these kind of accommodations. Fortunately there was no noise. The restaurant has decent food and service to pool side for meals.

Breakfast was lovely, with great iced coffee. During dinner there is sometimes some live music by a local cover band. The staff is incredibly friendly and very fluent in English. The hotel offers an airport shuttle for 200k IDR but be sure to ask in advance if the timing fits your flight. We arrived around midnight so we had to use Grab, but that is equally convenient.

The room is designed like a small hut. Liked the feeling of the wooden floor and creaking sound. The food was great too, with a nice service.

Mesari beach hut #8 was a fantastic hut. We travelled with 4 people and the space was more than sufficient. It was very clean and very nicely decorated - we felt immediately at home. We enjoyed the terrace, the balcony and the pool with the bar. In particular Angelina made excellent breakfast and further dishes in her restaurant. Only some steps and we were at Seminyak beach. Our highest recommendation.

A full featured wooden hut with indoor roof covered bathroom and shower in the middle of a tropical botanic garden jungle full of trees and beatiful plants with a great swimming pool and the natural sound of moving water. The included breakfast is super delicious and also could I rent a great 150cc moto for a great price. The staff is helpfull and very friendly. Also a fridge and airco are there. I would really go back there.

My first of many trips to follow to Bali and I couldn't have picked a better place to be. Really relaxing comfortable settings and only 30 metres to the beach. Very beautiful clean open Beach Hut.
