Looking for a cabin?

For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.

This chalet was of excellent standard .Very clean warm and well provisioned . The added touches of shower gel etc were welcome. Communication with the owner was also efficient and timely. (thank you for letting me know that I had left my home keys at the property ! It would have been a long journey back!). Very near the Donkey Sanctuary it was a good place for a weekend break

It was in a lovely setting, very well laid out inside, liked the goats & geese with a friendly dog. The hut had everything thing we needed, although no hairdryer as advertised but not a problem because we had one luckily.

This was the perfect place to stay during our time in Sidmouth. The location was perfect, it was easy to get to town and the beach from here but if you wanted to stay at the hut and relax, the Shepherd's Hut was a lovely place to do that. Our hosts were so kind and friendly and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The hut is very well equipped, the hosts are really nice and friendly, and the location is lovely. This is a great alternative to a tiny B&B or hotel room at a similar price.
