Really friendly and helpful hosts. The holiday home is lovely, really clean and very comfortable. One of the best places to sit outside on the balcony and have a nice cup of tea in the morning.
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
Communication was smooth and friendly and access easy. Our hosts had thought of everything at Little Brooke, there was a nice welcome gift and even spare "poop" bags for the dog if needed. We really enjoyed our stay, the chalet is very comfortable, stylish and bright and the sauna was great! Definitely recommend this little hidden gem!
This is an exceptionally well thought out and equipped little cabin style cottage. Stylish and well-built. Tucked away up a very green quiet lane but a short walk into the pretty historic town or out into open countryside.
We had a lovely family holiday, despite not very nice weather. The cottage is amazing. Equipped with everything you need for a stay. Beatuful little garden and amazing views. For colder evenings we had a fireplace.
Exceptionally clean room. Bed was so comfy. Room and bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was out of this world - some of the best fried eggs I’ve had in my life. Chris and Heidi are very friendly and helpful. Heidi is a very talented cook and artist. Bring coins and cash to purchase her artwork and amazing homemade jams and chutneys!
