Lovely quiet location on a small farm. Maxine was lovely, friendly and helpful and we could have not asked for more. Nice to wake up and see the chickens and horses too!

Kiln House Lodge is beyond stunning. The attention to detail is second to none.
It had everything we needed for our stay and the communication from the owners was brilliant.
We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Highly recommend.

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
The location was spot on for us as the conference centre was over the road which was the main reason for my visit.
Town was in ten minutes walking distance with plenty of restaurants and bars close by too.
Really happy with our room and the cabinet which open up as a kitchen was amazing.
Plenty it yea, coffee and fresh milk in the fridge with chocolate biscuits and crisp too.
All free of charge with the room cost.
Parking was available at only £10 a day too.
I would highly recommend this accommodation 😉😉😉
Yoshi, the host was lovely, very friendly, caring, sweet, nothing was a problem. Very welcoming and down to earth. Lovely old part of the building where we had breakfast, very quaint, old wooden beams on the ceiling, a beautiful old fireplace, area for cooking back in the day. Just lovely, really enjoyed our stay would definitely go back. Thank you to Yoshi for an amazing stay.
A comfortable room in a convenient location. The Marmot is an “Aparthotel” and does not provide breakfast but there is a nicely fitted kitchen cabinet in the room with sink, microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery, etc. Large bathroom. Good TV, with several streaming providers on which I could use my own accounts. I’ve been looking for some time for a place to stay in Harrogate and the old-established hotels are getting long in the tooth now. I’ll happily return to The Marmot on my next visit.
The host is very kind and helpful. Even it is self check in, we can always about to get in touch with the hose via whatsapp. The room looks exactly the same in the photos. The bathroom is spacious. The room is clean. I like the little hiding kitchen cabinets. They offer free coffee, tea , milk, biscuits and chips.. The location is very convenient to the train station and the city Center. The host offer parking with fee. They are kind for us to park and check in early. Very recommended!
Location was good , There were no slippers and bathrobes in the room . The room was cold ,They forgot to clean the room on the first day morning. The room was for disabled persons so there was no shower cabin so everywhere was wet .
The cabin was well placed for us in Harrogate and very convenient. The bed was comfortable, and there were great curtains to block out the light in the mornings! The owners had provided tea, coffee, milk and biscuits which was a lovely thought. Perfect for a single person, but maybe not a couple.
Room was very cold, had to ask for an electric heater as the windows woudn't shut properly and letting lots of wind in. Still had to sleep in my jumper. The staff member looked un interested and said people have moaned before about it
The hotel is a stunning building, full of character. Rooms are very clean with good attention to detail, e.g. with wooden shutters and blackout-lined curtains. Good quality, powerful shower. Very comfortable bed with good quality bed linen. Lovely breakfast
