Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

The hotel was ideally situated and the style was beautiful with italian wooden beds and calming decor. The room was wide with high ceiling and calm. I liked that the hotel was quiet and peaceful. We were given a key to let ourselves in. Our host was accommodating and eager to please his guests. The host was completely understanding of my partners need park his motor bike and was very helpful on parking provision. The host kindly let us leave our bags we agreed a time that worked for both.

Great apartment close to town, very clean, comfy bed, good facilities and owner even put a pint of milk in the fridge. Some party noise on the Friday night but if you shut the bathroom door you would need to be an exceptionally light sleeper to hear it. No noise heard on Saturday night.

Amazing property set in a very nice private part of the owners garden. Very tranquil with a few sheep and horses in the adjoining fields. The property has bifolding doors that gives you a great feeling of space and access to a sun soaked patio with lovely views.Facilities are excellent with everything you'd need, also it has a small cabin with pool table dartboard and lots of board games .

The B&B was so cosy and clean. Comfortable room with lots of character. The lounge was really nice in the evening with a fireplace, very peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, everything piping hot and delicious, really good value for money and the hosts were warm and welcoming. The garden/seating area out front was lit up beautifully in the evening. Wonderful place to stay if you're looking for some peace and quiet :)

I liked the apartment but its situation adjacent to a very busy big road junction meant it was a noisy if one had the window open which I like to do! I would suggest a shelf in the bathroom and a rack in the shower cabinet for bits and pieces - other than that, it worked very well for me.
