Featuring garden views, Quality Oak Barn with Hot Tub and Parking offers accommodation with a terrace and a patio, around 26 km from Frensham Great Pond and Common. This lodge features a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking.

The location is in a beautiful location, so peaceful and quiet. Facilities inside the barn are excellent, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is superb. The Hot Tub just outside the barn is amazing too with beautiful views. There is also an old fashioned village a short 10- 15 minute walk away. We would definitely like to return.

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

It was really quiet, even on Saturday night with live music in the pub. With the window shut, couldn't hear it. It was comfortable, two beds, shower, everything we needed. No frills, but I didn't expect that.

I loved that the dining room staff went out of their way to make sure we could all sit together. When l told reception that the shutters for the windows had come off the tracks the maintenance man arrived within an hour to fix it. He was really polite and professional.

The location was perfect, and the chalet was really nice - much bigger than we had expected. All the facilities were there, including many books, DVD's, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Very good indeed. (Note - I very, very rarely give 5-star reviews, but this was definitely worth one).

The safe door was locked shut when we arrived and apart from the efficient receptionist trying and eventually successfully to open it as we arrived shortly before 7pm on Saturday evening and left before 9am the next morning we werew not there long enough to see if your hotel had any merits one would like to comment on.

Breakfast was good, good selection of food and drinks well presented. Lovely to be able to use the pool, free easy parking. Shutters on the bedroom window a bonus. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Evening menu very limited not as the same standard as pre covid - uninspired. Bed comfy.

Location was ideal. The room faced a busy road that was constantly noisy when window open......traffic noise lessened considerably when I shut the window. Traffic noise did not keep me awake.

The hostess was wonderful, super welcoming and friendly. The room was just beautiful! Gorgeously decorated and v cosy. Tidy little ensuite with a shower. Working telly, big windows with good shutters. Plentiful coffee and good biscuits :) I forgot to go to breakfast, oops! Very good price though and I'm sure it would have been a hearty meal.

When we arrived there was very loud music playing, and it was a music venue going on all night. We could not find a persn to deal with our booking. The rooms are in the garden in huts.
