Easy no nonsense booking and communication. Simple key retrieval. Very nice and clean apartment which was just what we needed very near to Dubrek where I was playing a concert. Aldi was also very useful for tour supplies. Bathroom excellent, very high standard shower, and bed very comfortable. We were in Apt 6 and it was nice, quiet and secluded. Exactly what we needed.

Richard and Cathy were very welcoming hosts. They greeted us and provided a great folder with local activities, places to eat and advice. The accommodation was in a quiet location but still close to the town and had breathtaking countryside views. Every room was cleaned thoroughly, especially the bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and they kindly left us a sweet treat. The family definitely exceeded our expectations and we hope to visit again!

Did not take breakfast.host lady was so hospitable she tried so hard to make up for what the facility isnt.She succeeded,yes,to please us,hut the facility,yes,it matches its price,lower end,but well kept.

Staff were all really friendly, welcoming and provided lots of advice and covers for muddy shoes!
Nice and close to the station where the shuttle runs for Download Festival. Easy to get to and find. Staff were all lovely and friendly and the hotel itself is clean and comfy.
Friendly staff, good food and breakfast. Let us leave the key at reception so we didn't loose it at a festival. Perfect location for travelling to Derby Station for the download shuttle. Comfy beds. Nice and quiet
The window in the room was awful there was rubbish chucked out window the lift was out of order the bar was shut till next week not really a resturants
The patio window didn't seem as though it was shut properly therefore I could hear the traffic, which was a shame as other than that the stay was great! Thank you!
