Richard and Cathy were very welcoming hosts. They greeted us and provided a great folder with local activities, places to eat and advice. The accommodation was in a quiet location but still close to the town and had breathtaking countryside views. Every room was cleaned thoroughly, especially the bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and they kindly left us a sweet treat. The family definitely exceeded our expectations and we hope to visit again!

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
I have been in this hotel before and I'll definitely going back there again. Rooms are very cosy, very well decorated and the staff are very friendly. The surroundings are magnificent even in the winter times. The restaurant and the bar are great for a perfect dining especially when you are near the fireplace.
NICE ROOM IN A CHARACTER PROPERTY WITH GOOD LOCATION FOR VISITING THE TOWN, FREE PARKING ON SITE A REAL BONUS, LOVELY BAR AREA TO SIT AND RELAX, AND EXCELLENT GARDEN AT THE REAR. CANT COMMENT ON THE FOOD AS KITCHEN SHUT WHEN WE STAYED.
Hilary and Graham are exceptional hosts. Really friendly and helpful. They were there to greet me when I arrived. So kind to give me lifts to nearby place to pick up dinner, and to the hospital where I had my training course. Interesting conversations.
Love the fireplace with actual fire in the evening :) Very relaxing. Plenty of selections for breakfas - had full English breakfast + yogurt + homemade bread.
Overall, really impressed with the experience and will choose to stay again if I'm in the region.
