Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

Breakfast in the morning was good, nice big comfy beds in the room. It has a big pool and jazcuzzi, unfortunately it was shut during our visit but we would have definitely used it if we were able to! Staff were nice, and there was a pool table.

Room was clean, good size and had everything we needed including a iron. Only down side was there was no mention of checkout times from either staff or information pack. We had to Google it in the end. Also the room service was misleading as one leaflet said 24/7 availability and another said shuts at 9:30pm.

The parking was great especially if you had one of the separate chalets ( You got your own little parking bay right outside the door.)

Glorious view, delightfully appointed tiny home. Felt like we were a million miles away in a secluded paradise. The hut was so quaint and comfortable and you couldn’t help but relax and take in the country air.

Great property and location. The cleanliness was poor, dust balls on lounge floor, both toothbrush holders were dirty, kitchen cabinets were full of finger prints, fridge was dirty, full ash tray in garden, dining chairs full of crumbs around all seat cushions and mirrors were dirty.

I paid for early check in and it was quiet when I arrived, ( I had to inform them I had paid for early check in as I got told I was to early!) the lady on reception was pleasant and welcoming. Explained everything to me, including making me aware the bar was shut for refurbishment and had been moved to the conservatory area temporarily As I stepped in the room it looked lovely & clean and had a nice feel to it Breakfast was lovely
