The lift (Bettex) is 4 min walking in ski shoes away, also there is a rental office there.
On the photos the place looks very dark, but in the reality it is not like that.

Very nice accomodation, situated just in the centre of the village . Facilities and spaces were excellent, it met all our requirements. Ski resort La Plagne is amazing, walk from chalet to cable car station takes about 5 min. I thank the owner for his willingness. The holiday was very nice

THIS WAS OUR FIRST TRIP BACK SINCE 2016. ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR STAY AT LE CHALET DU MOUNT VALLON WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND EXCEEDED WHAT WE COULD HAVE HOPED FOR. IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND WE CAN'T RECCOMMEND THIS HOTEL HIGHLY ENOUGH.

Lovely room, nice size, 1 bdrm with balcony. Was right on the slopes. Great ski in/out. The steam room was amazing. The unit was impeccably clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We really liked the included breakfast, with so many options. Lovely and quiet, too. The free shuttle bus was great, with pickup and drop off just across the road.

Host was onsite to meet, allowed us to store luggage and made one of the two chalets available for early check in. Chalet was modern, clean and plenty of space - family of 4, teenagers 15 and 17.
Good location, close to Bruyères 1 gondola, a 5 min walk down steps or if enough snow can ski down. Also close to sunny express chairlift, a 5 min walk behind chalet. This also meant possible to ski back too.
Enjoyed using swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Close to local shops, including well stocked Sherpa supermarket which sold snow chains luckily!
Reception staff very friendly and spoke English. Handy free car park and ski hire next door to accommodation.
Perfectly located at the entrance to Les Menuires with direct access to slopes and Trous Valleys ski area. The hotel has an airy mountain chalet atmosphere and relaxed style. Nice pool and spa area if you avoid crowds during peak hours. Recommend a stop in the charming wine bar & shop next door.
