Second time staying here and I really enjoy the quaint atmosphere of the hotel. It feels old-school with lovely wooden staircases, shutters and exposed beams. Free parking and a short walk into Chinon. Lovely
Location, old building, room with high ceiling, shuttered windows opening onto view of courtyard, comfy bed, Good breakfast, own parking locked at night (good for security of bikes on car) nice terrace for drinks. Friendly staff and management. Good restaurants nearby.
Loved the gorgeous terrace where we sat out and ate most nights.Well equipped kitchen and good facilities. Quite roomy. We appreciated having the use of a fan to cool the apartment in the evenings. Good shutters to help keep the apartment cool during the day. Excellent free parking very close by. Fantastic location. Great host with excellent communication.
This is a lovely hotel. It was really quirky with the wooden staircase and downstairs cafe.
The lady showing me my room was really nice and helpful.
