Particulier is a chalet set in a garden located in Bordeaux next to Rivière Park and 2 km from Bordeaux Grand Theatre and the city historic district.

With views of the property’s garden and a terrace, the chalet has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator.

Our host was very welcoming - left brioche, milk, jam, etc. - and the accommodation was very cared for and tastefully yet originally decorated. We were in a quiet apartment facing the courtyard, in a quiet neighborhood that is easily reachable by bus, tram, or foot. Thank you for a great stay!

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

The check in for the hotel was very easy, despite reception being shut. About a 15 minute walk to The centre

Modern furnished accommodation with all mod cons. Coffee pods left for our use. Good location next to rail station but very quiet. Secure with window bars and shutters.

Without a doubt, the best hostel I have stayed in anywhere in the world. Beds exceptional, thick fluffy duvets and bed space is huge with private cabin like space with curtain, power and good pillow for a change. Showers and bathroom in very good, nice bar area, absolutely loved the place and ten minutes walk to train station. Many age groups so young and older and nobody feels out of place. Even had free new washer and dryer in kitchen, wow! Totally impressed with this hostel which I could almost call a hotel with shared room.

The bedroom was small but comfortable- perfect for a few nights but much longer and you’d get cabin fever but good value for money so can’t complain. The staff weren’t very welcoming and were quite rude across our entire stay.

Fabulous property, I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone travelling to Bordeaux, spotlessly clean and sparkling, very close proximity indeed to the tram stop, safe neighbourhood, very comfortable bed with total blackout shutter; great shower with good pressure and great water temperature. Nathalie is a charming, welcoming and generous host, her breakfasts exceeded our expectations.

Our room had lovely floor to ceiling windows (with shutters) offering a well lit, well aired room. It was well appointed with a spacious en-suite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable too with plenty of room to unpack/

Beautiful spacious apartment with gorgeous big windows. Shutters were great to close off the sounds and light. Sofa bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is welll equipped. The location is excellent - right in the heart of the old town near the shops and restaurants. Host very communicative and available. I left my charger in the apartment by mistake after checking out, and the host was kind enough to organise for me to go back and pick it up.

Nice part of town, close to the loveliest part of the centre. Full blackout capacity of blinds and shutters, and very peaceful outside for undisturbed sleep. Excellent bathroom with spacious shower and beautiful tiling. Nobody above stamping around.

Very near railway station, large rooms - we ended up with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for two of us! Comfy lounge with TV - so plenty of space. Rooms quiet if windows kept shut. Reasonable number of pots, pans plates etc if you want to cater for yourself.

Fantastic central location overlooking a bustling square that's full of life. Local life, restaurants and foood shops are right there. Main shopping drag, Sainte Catherine, is v close too. Good for people who like city living. Not so good if you're looking for somewhere quiet though closing the windows shut most of the sound out! You need to be fittish, this is three very steep flights of stairs up with no lift!
