Gabriel is an extraordinary host, super kind and helpful. The location is new and clean, the outdoor hot shower was truly a pleasant surprise, especially useful for surfers. Gabriel also provides racks and hangers to store surfboards and wetsuits. Very helpful! Overall, strategic location, within walking distance of the beaches of Santocha and Oceanide, but overall convenient for getting around Capbreton and Hossegor.

Top location. Cross the road and you have a super cool hut with music, tapas, amazing view. Walk down to beach. 20 min walk to Biarritz. Our studio had balcony, great to sit and dry stuff, kitchenette, kettle. Shower powerful. Swimming pool water qualify felt ok.
The location was excellent, and the room felt spacious with the high ceilings and big windows. Easy access to the ocean, and the property was extremely nice. Parking on the premises was also a major bonus.
We didn't actually swim, but we did take advantage of the incredible boardwalk. The little restaurant huts along the way were a wonderful bonus. You could pick up water or coffee to refresh as you took a long walk.

Great stay - free airport shuttle, good breakfast, friendly staff, fast wifi & even a children’s play room off the restaurant. Everything was really clean. Can’t fault it.
Beautiful outside area with plenty of garden furniture although 6 sunbeds would have been even better as house caters for 6. Pool was beautifully refreshing and clean. Generally well equipped property with a good location if you have a car. Very good laundary facilities and window shutters. Comfortable beds. Very clean on arrival. Excellent instructions given on hand over of keys and agent very responsive. Great wifi.
