We had the most wonderful stay in one of the perfectly equipped and super cozy cabins which are located right in front of the cross-country ski slopes and close to a couple of very nice cafés. A car is useful but not absolutely necessary as close by bus connections are available and the very helpful housekeeper kindly drives you to and from the cabin on arrival and departure day. All in all a true gem and we will most certainly come back next year!

Cute, clean cabin next to a river that you couldn't see from the cabin though. Reindeer morning visit was great! Seeing the northern lights from the cabin was awesome and it was thanks to minimal light pollution.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful, new, spacious, and comfortable stuga that was very well equipped. It was perfectly located, peaceful in the woods, and very close to the Bike Park and the Ski resort. Reindeer regularly visited us, which was a nice surprise.

Everything was so easy form booking to staying, the location was perfect, surroundings amazing, everything within walking distance or local bus or ski bus. We had all amenities onsite, there was nothing we wanted to change. Rooms were nice, space was ample, sauna amazing. Tv and play station was great for our son for when we wanted to relax. Coking ect had everything and more on site. Even a heated airier for washed clothing/ cold cloths form being out in the cold.

Great location. Yllãs is a fantastic base for Lapland activities. The Kota hut was amazing as were the fat bikes and sledges. Squirrels loved to visit the feeder on the veranda.

Very cute little wooden cabins; I loved the coziness of the rooms with the mezzanine and the Christmas decorations everywhere (including a star in each room’s window). It just felt very magical, especially with the snow piled high outside (but the walkways were cleared perfectly!). The main building (e.g. for breakfast) was a very short distance from the cabins, making it very walkable. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would come back in a heartbeat.
It was lovely & quiet with plenty of snow. It was especially good to have a fireplace , with free wood. The other cabins we have stayed in in Akaslompolo 4), all had log burning stoves

We liked almost everything about this hotel. We stayed in the cabins, which are lovely with the sauna and the fireplace, both of which were easy to use. The buffet breakfast is really next level incredible. The location was great - we loved that it was only a 10 minute walk down to the lake to watch the northern lights and that it was close to skiing and town amenities.
Really cozy log cabin apartment in a great location. Good amenities and all the important equipment for cooking, cleaning and laundry worked as expected. Enough pots, pans and utensils to cook family meals. Fireplace for both warmth and atmosphere. And sauna 😊 was the best after a long cold day of skiing.
I was a bit sceptic about this accomodation since I mostly try to book accommodations with 8+ ratings. However I feel the rating does not give it justice. We stayed in a cabin and it was very cute with a fireplace. You can easily cook yourself and have some relaxing time in the sauna. The cabin were also spacious enough for at least 2 people.
The breakfast in the hotel was also very good and well prepared.

It felt like we were alone in a huge forest!! We loved the sauna and fireplace, as well as the amazing power shower. It was warm and cosy and the snow was cleared for us. Owner is friendly and helpful.
