This stunning property is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the pool, extensive garden and ping pong room. There are a variety of places to sit outside and a beautiful kitchen and dining area. There are views of the mountains and countryside on all sides. Ana provided some very helpful advice about the local area, there is plenty to do and see here!

Everything you could need! 5-star luxury of the pool, sea views and spacious grounds. Great music system across the whole property.
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
Nothing. Inside was like a dark cave. Outside resembled a Scout Hut. Deceiving photos on website. The 2 modern villas which dominated the photos were occupied. We did not get what was advertised and left within the hour losing all our money. Over 600 euros. Disgraceful. Girl even asked for 10 euros for the heat to the hottub. No doubt a little earner for her. She didn't return it. No partial refund offered. Be careful when booking this place.
We wanted to stay in an old building and Hotel Altamira delivered! Our room was huge with plenty of places to put suitcases, hang up clothes, spread out papers etc. We loved the big bathroom and bidet. And the old wooden floors. All spotlessly clean. The buffet-style breakfast was good. And the location was very quiet at night.
A very old building, it has its charm. But because of that, there are some limitations, for example the old wooden stairs are very noisy, also you can hear noise/voices from the other rooms.
Lovely location close to old town. Welcoming and friendly host. Room and en-suite spotless. Farmhouse feel with shutters- a nice change to more modern hotels!
Views from the chalet were brilliant and location is near to many places of interest. The accommodation and kitchen utilities etc were clean and new. Ten minutes drive from Santillana and Tagle beach nearby is lovely.
good value for money for 2 bedroom apartment. basic cooking faculties. shutters on window , quiet area away from busy traffic. very spacious, bright and airy . pleasant decor . good shower facilities . lots of courtesy items such as coffee pods , tea-bags , cakes .
pleasant welcome by the proprietor .
Location was really convenient, short walk into the historic centre of town where there are loads of restaurants, very quiet and dedicated parking for the hotel. The room was fine and very dark at night with the shutters closed. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were really welcoming.
The chalet was very clean and comfortable. The outside table was very nice for a night drink or for having breakfast. It was very close to the village. It had all necessary appliances for a nice stay.
