The house had a good layout and was clean and well equipped.
The shared pool area was good with a life guard in attendance.
The cafe/bakery just opposite the entrance made a great start to the day.
The area was really pleasant with local amenities a short drive away. Generally, there seemed to be a mix of locals and tourists so the facilities were not overcrowded. Seafront restaurants were excellent.

Everything! The pool is amazing! Absolutely loved it! The villa is beautiful, spacious, clean and bright. Great quality towels and bottles of water were provided for the bedrooms and separate towels are provided for the pool - brilliant! Great wifi. Supermarket is a 2 min walk away as well as restaurants, bars and the bus stop - which is a short ride to the beach. Great villa is a great location.

The location near the airport, the size and privacy of the villa, you will need a car if you want to get about easily, but Alicante City and the beaches are under 15 mins away, the airport around 10/12 mins,there are no supermarkets in the immediate area though and it is located off a highway with no bus or train links, so again a car is necessary unless you are happy to use Taxi's everywhere ( about 14 euros into Alicante one way in the daytime and 16/ 18 euros at night, roughly the same for the Airport) ...... Sergio is friendly, helpful if needed and on hand for any issues, if you are not too fussy this is a perfect family villa at a very good price and the owner is very helpful, but don't expect 4 or 5 star living.

Right above the sea, wonderful to hear the waves at night and pop in to the beach during the day as you feel like as it is on your doorstep.
