The location was great. Beautiful view over Bocagrande beach. Right next to Hotel Estelar which has a sky-bar on the 51st floor. There is a supermarket less than one block away. There is air conditioning downstairs in the living area as well as in the upstairs bedroom and it worked very well. The apartment has big windows to let in lots of light and it has remote-controlled screens in front of the windows to shut out the afternoon sun. The washer /dryer in the unit is a great bonus and it has a huge fridge / freezer.
The way we left was very unfortunate on many levels. Trying to reach someone In charge was impossible . we had confirmed our reservation (or so we believed) and suddenly we were shut out of our room for someone else. It was about 8:00 pm. Also

We must highlight the activities, the food, the good atmosphere, the cleanliness, the model of the cabins, and the attention of the staff that makes you feel at home ... especially Lilly, Laura and Mango how the fruit 😝😝😝😝
I had a great 4-night stay here. My room was super clean and it was quiet at night. AC worked great. I will comment on the window since I really was on the fence about it before booking. It is an old colonial-style house so it was not a glass paned window- it is either shuttered all the way (no light) or open to the fresh air. This turned out to be a non-issue in the end at all. I was very glad I booked my stay here!
The hotel location is in the old center in the Barrio Getsemani near the Calle 10. Calle 10 is the one of interesting area's of the old center. There are restaurants, shops, bars and cafe and the lively Plaza de la Trinidad with its night life is near by. However the small hotel is quiet and relaxed. The rooms are simple but clean. The staff is was friendly, helpfull and every time good mood. The breakfast is standard for Colombia with cafe, fruit, bread and you can choose more items from a menu. The hotel can arrange air shuttle.
