The lodge is set in a private large compound with other properties, so it's very quiet apart from the endlessly barking dogs everywhere. There is direct access to a beautiful pier leading out to the gorgeous lake where you can swim. It's got a lovely garden and the owner Carolina is an amazing artist and makes wonderful sculptures. the whole place is decorated with art. wifi was very good too.

Our stay in Francisca and Fransico’s cabin was wonderful!
The space is cosy and comfortable, and warms really well with the log fire. The attention to detail in both decoration and amenities through the whole cabin is also noticeable. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook in. Communication was excellent, with very fast responses and helpful local tips for us during our stay. It is a perfect place to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, we’d love to come back sometime!
The location was superb. The hosts were gracious and kind. We felt safe being in a cabin in their garden. It’s fully gated. All the neighbours would smile and say hello when we went for a walk. The place heated up quickly as long as you kept the bedroom doors shut. The Hummingbirds feeding out the front entertained us for hours. Miguel showed us how to do their food. We truly had a wonderful week, and were sad to leave.
The hotel is huge. There are lots of different zones to relax, and the pool is just amazing.
Not sure about the main building, but we stayed at the cabin and it was amazing. Quiet, warm (maybe even too warm), comfortable. Breakfasts are the same every day, but still delicious and lots of options.
The location is also 10/10, just near the lake and 5 min away from all the shops and restaurants, yet aside from the noisy streets in the center.
This large hotel sits on the hill overlooking the lake and the town. It is within easy walking distance of the town with many restaurants and bars and close to the small buses running to Todos Los Santos.
We stayed in the eco cabins which are on the other side of the road from the main hotel. This area is really quiet and the cabins have good views over the lake.
The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size . There was a safe in the room.

Absolutely the best accommodation we have had. A real family home rather than a cabin: modern, spacious, comfortable and very well fitted out. The owners are the kindest and most helpful people we have met.
Everything! This place is “heart and soul”! Built by your host, Renzo, he has created a place of calm that stress just falls away! Each can in has its own “forrest” and hot tub! The cabins are simple and all different having used the nature around to build them. The best of all is your host Renzo! He too is all heart and soul and his hospitality and help is endless. What a gem! A gem of a place, a gem of a host! We’ll miss him very much.
The cabin is located facing the Llanquihue lake, with a splendid view of the Osorno volcano. The host Leopoldo was extremely kind and friendly during our stay, taking care of every detail to make us feel very comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience!
This is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It’s a rustic log cabin in the woods type of place, beautifully situated by a stream, private hot tubs between the trees, no noise at all - just birdsong and the babbling of the brook. Comfortable beds, decent bathroom and shower, furnished deck in the shade, with Renzo being the perfect host, always hospitable and keen to make our stay the best possible.
