For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
The Hut Bonaire is definitely a great place to stay. Good rooms and facilities and the owners are always on hand to help you when needed. There is a Mexican restaurant next to the inn and a swimming pool too. The car is manual and no air conditioning, but for exploring the island it is perfect! You can feel the wind and sound of bonaire nature. So, only good things... thanks guys. My birthday cake and card will always be remembered.
Great location with a super helpful and attentive staff. They took care of everything we needed, from arranging shuttle service to and from the airport, helping us get a rental car after we landed, and providing good recommendations of things to do, places to visit, and where to eat on the island.
Been on several venues around the world.
But I must say that The Hut and specifically Lucas and Natalie give you a great welcome and stay!
Their service is outstanding and beyond. After my accident Natalie really helped me professionally and genuinely kept interest in my recovery.
The private courtyard that is used extensively is a real eye catcher. Especially the large palm tree in the middle.
Recommend highly to stay here. Meet Bonaire!
The hosts are super friendly and helpful and will make sure you have a great experience in Bonaire.
The soft wind you get along the cabin is very enjoyable and allows to enjoy the nice outdoor kitchen and dining area.
The Lodge is rather spacious and comfortable.
They were super uncomplicated handling our delay in arrival due to struggles at amsterdam airport.
You get everything you need in this place :)
My daughter and I spent 5 nights here. Beautiful self-catering beach 'huts' with well equipped outdoor kitchen and very tasteful decor. Comfortable beds. Luxurious bathroom and shower. Thoughtful extras like a cooler box and shared ice chest. Very friendly hosts with lots of local knowledge on what to do.
